The SnuggleNaps System
This unique system has been popular for many years, and with some changes is proving to be more so.
The outer cover
It was, the first totally adjustable cover in the UK, don't be fooled by imitations or copies. There have been others since the SnuggleNaps range of covers was launched in 1998. But this wrap is still popular, hardwearing and suitable for prefolds or cloth nappies.
The cover is unique because of its row of poppers along the front to adjust the size from the tiniest of babies to the biggest toddler. Available in three size ranges Premiegro (5-12lbs) Easygro (7lb to 28lbs) and Toddlergro (28-40lbs). As baby grows so does the cover making it versatile and economical few other wraps can claim this! The cover is available in print polycotton or white polyester both with soft breathable water proof inner.
The double leg gussets are unique as yet no other wrap has two so why have two? Well babies are very unpredictable and can produce some very messy nappies. What a parent doesn't want to do is to wash nappies and clothes. Two gussets give extra protection against leaks of any kind, this has to be a bonus. The general shape of the cover means that almost any other cloth nappy can be used, making it really versatile.
On the inside of the wrap are two flaps which hide poppers, these poppers keeping the SnuggleNaps prefold and SnuggleNaps long shaped pad aka as the 'elephants nose' so even with the wriggliest baby with the dirtiest nappy it wont get everywhere.
The flaps also allow for parents to use pad folded terry nappy and other cotton prefolds to be used, keeping them securely in place. Washing instructions
The SnuggleNaps Prefold
Made from two layers of absorbent white terry with a super soaker layer of cotton fibre inner. Poppers top and bottom mean that when fixed into the wrap it wont move even on the wriggliest child. Available in premie and Easygro sizes you can simply use the size appropriate for the baby. Available in two sizes premie and Easygro. Washing instructions.
The SnuggleNaps Long Pad aka 'The elephants nose'
The long pad is another unique feature to the system, shaped wide at the top tapering down. It has a popper at the top to secure it in place and can be folded to suit each child whether they are boys or girls or heavy wetters. Made with two layers of terry with SnuggleNaps secret cotton fibre inner. Available in two sizes premie and Easygro. Washing instructions.
The SnuggleNaps Shaped Nappy
The patented design means that when it is being dried there are never more than two layers of terry thus saving time and energy. This nappy is totally adjustable with the clever use of the three rows of poppers to make it smaller or longer as required, the integral booster just needs to be folded into place, for a little girl we find that more needs to be underneath and a boy more up the front (think anatomy!).
With Applix, or Popper fastenings across the tummy allowing for a really snug fit and helping to keep everything inside the nappy. Gentle elastication on the legs and back also keep the nappy firmly in place and wont leave red marks on babys sensitive skin. Washing instructions.
